Hyperbolic Field Saccharomyces Cerevisiae Study

A study of the effect of hyperbolic fields on fermentation kinetics and metabolic indicators

About the project

The project studies the effect of hyperbolic fields on Saccharomyces Cerevisiae yeast cultures. It examines changes in fermentation rate, metabolic activity and cell viability under exposure to field emitters.

Mission

To understand the mechanisms by which hyperbolic fields modulate metabolic processes at the cellular level. The results may find application in biotechnology, the food industry and pharmacology.

Goals

To document changes in fermentation kinetics and metabolic indicators under the influence of the fields, identify optimal exposure modes, and assess the potential for industrial application.
